EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Dear Customer, of course you have the option to exchange or return the ordered products on our renewed website. Please read the related steps or watch the video.

1. Go to your PROFILE.

!ATTENTION: if you have already placed an order with us, you do not need to register again, You can log in with the e-mail address with which you have previously placed an order with us.

2. We will send a confirmation code to your email address.

3. Select your current order. Make sure your order is in "Package Received" status.

4. Click to manage the order.

5. You can submit your exchange using the buttons next to the Exchange and Return menu items.
